Hi, I'm Shaliyah Black and I’ve been a Sunflower since 2020! When I'm not listening to music or trying out new restaurants, you can find me in the kitchen baking cakes and cupcakes - it's my passion! I also enjoy adding my personal touch to decor. "The Notebook" is hands down my favorite movie. During high school, I was active in clubs like Girls in Christ, Black Student Union (BSU), Pearls of Art, Urban Teacher Academy (UTAP), and College Admissions Process #CAP, just to name a few. Currently, I'm an aftercare counselor at Nova Southeastern University School, and I'm super excited to dive into nursing at Georgia State University this fall. Oh, and did I mention? I also run my own baking business called Lelessweetspot. Life's sweet!
